Key Responsibilities:
1. RFQ Management: Prepare and send RFQs to vendors, ensuring timely responses.
2. Quotation Comparison: Compare and analyze quotations, considering technical, commercial, and quality aspects. Maintain accurate records and follow up on approvals.
3. Technical Analysis: Analyze technical documents and specifications to understand critical requirements.
4. Offer Preparation: Prepare technical and commercial offers for customers.
5. Vendor Management: Form relationships with vendors, negotiate lead-time, cost, and quality, and ensure on-time deliveries.
6. Supplier Management: Analyze and manage the supplier base to select suitable suppliers.
7. Order Management: Maintain trackers for purchase orders, billing, and invoice dispatch.
Requirements:
1. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical engineering principles and products.
2. Communication Skills: Good communication skills for handling internal and external queries.
